About Us
About Pro-Tech
Leigh and Amy began their journey working at DVSA, driven by a shared passion to make a real difference in the industry. Using their experience within a compliance and consultancy framework, they founded LJM Compliance Solutions with the mission of making roads safer.
That mission proved to be powerful, but what soon became clear was the critical importance of training. The real impact lay in empowering the right people with the right knowledge. This realisation shifted their focus, and in January 2023, LJM proudly transitioned into Pro-Tech MOT & Automotive Academy.
Since then, Pro-Tech MOT & Automotive Academy has continued to grow, delivering a wide range of training courses and creating bespoke solutions tailored to meet the specific and evolving needs of the industry. While compliance and consultancy remain at the heart of what we do—anchored by the experience we proudly carry—training has become a core focus.
It’s this combination of training, compliance and consultancy that allows us to support professionals in a meaningful and lasting way, and we’re delighted to be a part of their journey.
